New Head Swim Coach - Coach Frank Sole comes to Notre Dame Prep with an extensive background in swim
coaching and over 15 years of experience. Frank held the position of head swim
coach at Red Bank Catholic High School in New Jersey where the girls’ team took
county and shore conference championships. Frank was voted to the New Jersey
State team as an age‐group coach and held an age‐group coaching position at the
Red Bank YMCA for 10 years. Frank also coached the summer swim program at
Monmouth Beach Club and Lakeridge where he went undefeated for 2 years
running.
Frank is the Masters Swim and Triathlete Coach at Lifetime Fitness in Scottsdale
where he coaches athletes at all levels. Frank is a Level III ASCA Swim Coach, USAT
Level I Certified Coach and a certified personal trainer.
Coach Frank’s philosophy regarding swimming is though it is a highly individualized
sport he brings athletes together as a team to build confidence, teamwork,
individual achievement and success.
